boom4d Platform Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the boom4d website accessible at boom4d.onl, together with all services, features and content provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using the services of the boom4d platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the boom4d platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account at any given time, including cash and bonus funds that can be used for wagering.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, welcome bonus, cashback or other promotions offered by boom4d to users subject to the stipulated terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus funds is allowed.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial activity in a user's account, including deposits, withdrawals and wagers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any services provided by boom4d, the user hereby acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between the user and boom4d. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, the user is requested not to use this platform.

3. User Eligibility

Use of the boom4d platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Has not previously been banned from using the boom4d platform or other gambling platforms for reasons related to fraud or illegal activity.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative or trustee of any third party.

4. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on the boom4d platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number or other details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of the entire balance.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. boom4d reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time for account verification, anti-money laundering compliance, or security review purposes.

Users must keep their account password secure. Any activity that occurs under a user's account is the user's own responsibility, unless the user has previously reported a compromise of their login credentials to boom4d.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

boom4d accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction limits set by the platform are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: within one hour after the request is confirmed.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details they provide are accurate. boom4d will not be held responsible for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.

All withdrawals are subject to compliance with any applicable wagering requirements (if any) and identity verification processes that may be required by the platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

boom4d offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Total balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400 must be wagered.
• Deposit RM2,600 (or more) → Bonus RM1,500 → Total balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000 must be wagered.

Additional terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions on the boom4d platform:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible user.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• boom4d reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all unwagered bonuses.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with varying rates depending on membership level.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree to use the boom4d platform solely for lawful and responsible entertainment purposes. The following activities are prohibited on this platform:

• Use of automation software, bots or scripts to place wagers or access accounts.
• Collaboration with other users to manipulate game outcomes or risk-sharing systems.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the boom4d support team.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the functionality of the platform's systems.

Users who violate any of these provisions may be subject to action including account suspension, balance seizure, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

boom4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The user is found to be under the age of 21.
• Request from the relevant legal authorities.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the boom4d customer support team via live chat or email. Any cash balance (that has met wagering requirements) will be returned after the verification process is complete.

9. Responsible Gambling

boom4d is committed to responsible gambling practices. We encourage all users to set personal spending limits and play within their financial means.

The platform provides tools and resources to help users manage their usage, including options to set deposit limits, loss limits and temporary break periods. Users who need help or feel they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these features or contact our support team.

10. Liability Limit

boom4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions, network interruptions, or system failures beyond boom4d's control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Betting decisions made by users based on incorrect or incomplete information.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in maintaining login security.
• Any changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in certain areas.

In any situation where boom4d's liability is determined by a court, boom4d's maximum liability to the user is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

boom4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any material changes will be given to users via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the boom4d platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the changes, the user should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
